Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mostpost application and the mostpost.io website (together, the “Service”), provided by Alvorado Digital (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Mostpost is a privacy-first email client that connects to email accounts you own or are authorized to use (e.g. Gmail, Outlook, Fastmail, IMAP). Mostpost stores your mail in an encrypted database on your own device and processes it locally or on an AI endpoint you control. We do not operate a server that stores your mailbox.
2. Your accounts & authorization
You are responsible for the email accounts you connect and for complying with the terms of those providers. You authorize Mostpost to access those accounts on your behalf solely to provide the Service’s features. You may disconnect any account at any time, including by revoking access at your provider.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, send spam or malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or others’ accounts.
4. Privacy
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Mostpost’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that mail delivery via third-party providers will always succeed.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alvorado Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; we will post the updated version here and update the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Alvorado Digital is established. Questions: support@mostpost.io.
